This will help you form the career objective for the resume. Suddenly you get that phone call in response to your application that you are invited for an interview. Prepare yourself for information about the company, think of questions and questionable answers to the questions that they may make. There is a difference between what you can ask for a first or second interview. You can also be faced with an assessment.
Preparation
Prepare yourself for below tips:
– Find and read information about the company, such as a website
– Make sure you are on time and the name and phone number at hand, should
something go wrong there
– Look good and dress as you would expect that the suits (preferably a little too formal than informal)
– Think about possible questions they can and what you think the best answer ” Think about questions you want answered
Ask
The most common questions during an interview are:
– Why should we accept you?
– Why do you want in this business work?
– Call two best and worst qualities about yourself
– Where you see yourself in ten years?
– What do you expect from this work?
– Why are you / are you away from your current employer?
– Are you happy in a team or independently?
– How do you deal with criticism ?
– Are you flexible?
Many questions, but at the last two, it helps if you have a example of a work you’ve already seen.
First interview
The first interview is often primarily an acquaintance. They give information about the function and the business and then you try to hear who you are. At the end is often some space to ask questions not have been dealt with. Employers appreciate it if you have to ask is, so fear not. Ask how the procedure looks like. Then you know when you can expect a response and what the possible next step.
Second interview
In the second interview is often far from the road with you and whether it fits. Sometimes, there is another person to present that knowledge to make. To learn more about secondary conditions and salary information, this is the moment. Do this at least not in a first interview.
Assessment
Sometimes the second round is from an assessment or a psychological examination. An assessment is often made several tests which will show whether you are a suitable candidate. Rejection

The first thing to ask yourself is what job you are looking for. If you are interested in project management than thinking about obtaining a project management professional certificate makes sense. You need to actually have worked for a few years as a project manager before any of the project management schools will accept you. This is a good precaution as it will make sure that you are aware of what the profession requires.
It is also important to take a step back and look at your long term goals. If you are interested in project management you should consider if this is your long term career goal. Would you want to be a project manager for two years or twenty years? What is a PMP certificate and why you should get one
