Advance advice
It is of prime importance to take precautions that ‘spam’ should not be tagged to Email.
More than 100 ways are there to elevate the impact of subject matter, keeping in mind the ever lasting relationship with your clients.
Spam Emails, what are they? If you click on your spam folder, they pop up that excessive punctuation, too many jargons, and too many dollar signs have messed up text. Thus, you can point out a lot from the good spams, and a hidden reason for the spam to keep going…is the money making process, therefore not just bulk, they need to copy write.
Your email subject has to be reliable and down to earth to make it centre of attraction. The best way to create impact is to keep the same heading every time. This ushers your email set apart from others in inbox. Let us take newsletter heading. It need not be vague such that email client just click on to delete without referring it.
A chord may strike in your mind, “no need for attractive heading as my email address is already displayed.” But when you send from ‘xyz Newsletter’ your emails, many more people on the web are not the proud owner of special email account for your newsletter. For instance, I send personalised emails to get back the reply from people. We know that email software only shows address and not the name, but the recipient only looks for the interesting subject. If losing faith then I only advice you to just try the trick.
The maximum Line Lengths of Email Subject
The consecutive question, which will always ponder in your mind, “How long should my email subject line be?” and the most desirable answer which I always deliver is “Long enough but not too long.”
Keeping line length below 50 characters (including punctuation and spaces) is more preferable even though your software allows maximum length. The reason is to get your clients’ attention. I feel personally to still lower the line length to 20 to 30 characters as they have been hit in my testing and moreover 30-40 characters are the best proven.
The most important thing is to express your points clearly whatever number of characters you use, may be a little more. Make it clear to your mind that ever lasting relationship is important. Hence, the essence should be made clear by your emails.
An effective subject line
What’s going in your mind when you skim through your inbox? Visualize your own behaviour based on this.
Want to get your message enthusiastically opened, which blinks the recipient’s eyes with popping up heart. Then follow this: the five most important ‘I’s
Importance - your work related or online payments, then you are going to click on ‘open’.
Intrigue - The curiosity created in punch line, trickles your fingers to open it instantly.
Interest - We are always anxious about our interested topics, so sometimes all you have to communicate is the topic.
Involvement - Strike the right emotional chord. Appeal to passion, greed, narcissism or any other emotional hot button.
Investment - Carve such a line around a particular subject. A subject in which the recipients are personally or financially invested in something.
Ways to put these points into practice
News - Great news! Inform them that there is something new or what exciting thing is going to happen
Tips - Always try to provide solutions to “How to” questions. This inspires recipients to open emails
Offer - ‘An offer’ will excite them to instantly click open
Question - An interesting question or a puzzle to which they ponder upon or can easily find the answer
You can even make a combination of curiosity and question. Have a look “How a college girl earns a fortune of $1,000 in just few hours?” It’s a question, a how-to, and it is news.
The vital Factor in Email Subject Effectiveness
Mostly people forget email subject even though it is attractively written because it lacks the appealing theme to the receivers. The success factor is how creatively you have targeted your audience.
Well! Sometimes you can ratchet up performance by just naming your target audience. “Developers, an interesting fact for you…” for example.
Target audience by striking on their chords of current interests, needs and challenges and your emails will get opened.
It’s a theme to know your market well.

List Building Build Up an Actual Business on the Internet
by satnam.dec2008
List building is definitely something that we hear about almost endlessly and it does indeed have its place in the marketing arena. This being said no one seems to mention how difficult it actually is to build one instead you hear how easy and quick it is if you have two brain cells. I am quite sure that I have at least three brain cells and let me tell you to take me more than a few days or months to build up a list of people long enough to even call it a list. Now that I have put in the time and yes money I would have to agree that it was well worth the effort and frustration.
I am by no means saying that I am making millions or even tens of thousands per month but at least I can say with honesty it adds to my monthly income. If you are trying to build a list to make buckets and buckets of money by tomorrow you are fooling yourself or letting a so called guru con you. If on the other hand you are trying to build up an actual business on the internet than it is worth the trouble. The thing about a list compiled over time from your business, you are gaining a following of individuals who are at least interested in your product and what you have to say. For more detail go to: www.autoresponder-money.com. In time with great products and great service you build a trust and relationship with your customers. The same principles should be at work whether you are building a business over the internet or on off line business.
Your list should be used to give your customers legitimate and useful information. For some reason many marketers think that it is acceptable to bombard the individuals on their lists with endless deals and so called new products hoping that something sticks. I personally have cancelled subscriptions to lists just because I got sick of opening endless emails to find out they were useless and repetitive. The most humorous and yet annoying is when someone is trying to sell you something you have already purchased. It should be remembered that most individuals originally sign up for information and if you switch gears and turn your newsletters and emails into constant sales pitches your list will shrink very quickly. You must ask yourself, would you make the same endorsements and claims on a constant basis if you were facing these people face to face, if the answer is no than don’t do it. For more detail go to: www.autoresponders-unlimited.com.Occasional offers that you are willing to put your reputation on the line for are acceptable and will lead to continued sales and a dedicated following.
The other responsibility you have to your list is to send only the best quality information. If you don’t have anything you can be proud of, don’t send it. Individuals would rather get information once or twice a month that is worth their time to read than crap on a daily or weekly basis. Your list isn’t going to revolt because they are not getting information every other day, they will revolt when you send those pages of garbage and waste their time. If this is your practice it won’t take long for before your emails head straight to the deleted files. I have personal experience and I am sure you have as well, when you thought it would be interesting to get information from an individual because their website looked interesting and they looked like they knew what they were talking about only to find out they were full of hot air. Don’t treat your potential customers the same way.

6 Killer Article Writing Tips To Accelerate Your Income!
by Riley West
The people who tell you that copywriting skills are the most important factor in generating traffic are usually good at it themselves. They should know.
A lot of people are not yet capable of writing copy that works, but, if you can hold your end of a conversation…you can write!
To write good copy, however, requires learning a few tips and how to use them.
As an aside, there is a reason for copywriting. That reason is to get them to do something! Anything else and you are missing the point.
Here are few writing tips to start you off with.
First, focus your attention on that person in your mind that you are talking to. Keep their picture in your mind in focus! Picture yourself talking to someone who needs to know what you have to say and will benefit from it.
Second…headlines! The headline should promise that person you are focused on that you have something they need. Have a strong benefit in the headline.
Third, in the first paragraph, tell them what you are going to tell them. In this article you are going to be shown several steps you don’t want to leave out so that your articles will have the “convincing leverage” you want. This will, in turn drive more people to their site than articles that don’t use these methods.
Fourth, speak casually, just like you are talking over a cup of coffee with the person you are focused on. In this case, the person who needs help with writing articles. Throw in a little emotion! From now on, using these tips, your articles will have clear purpose and make you more money.
In the middle of the article kick up the persuasion factor by telling the story of another person who was getting nowhere with their article marketing efforts until they employed these tips. When they wrote their first article with these techniques in them the traffic started to go up! It will work that way for the person you are focused on telling this to, also.
Fifth, it isn’t all about you! It’s about that person you are focusing on. It’s about the benefits that person will get when they start using these techniques and methods. It’s all about what the methods can do for them! In this case…traffic, thru article marketing with well written articles.
Sixth, recap and encourage. Tell them to start right away. The money will pick up as the traffic picks up.
And, in the case of article marketing for targeted traffic, an entire large subject in itself, there is the matter of the Resource Box!
In article marketing you can’t promote anything directly in the article itself. It can’t be an advertisement. Preferably the article will show the reader something that will benefit them. After that comes the resource box!
The resource box is where you can say something like…”Authors Name has helped many people with their traffic generation efforts. If you would like more information on traffic to your site and a NEW FREE REPORT go to www.jimsinfosite.com/freereport”
And on that page I would have an optin form that said…”For your FREE REPORT and BONUS product put your name and email in here…and you’ll have it right away.
After they opted in I would have it set for the thank you page to be a page with a good offer on it and to have their free report and bonus readily available. That way you give them what they want right away and you don’t make the mistake of waiting for them to confirm the double opt in.
Remember, it’s all about them.

You Can Work From Home Online - How to Quickly And Dramatically Change Your Life With Easy Profits
by Gary M Bailey
Anyone with a bank account right now is feeling the heat of the global financial meltdown - if it hasn’t touched you yet, then it seems inevitable that it will sooner or later. So more people than ever before are now turning to the internet to create an income - either to supplement what they already have, or even to become totally independent. Now, of course, the big question is - Can I do it, and How do I do it!
The really great news is that, just as there are more people than ever looking to the internet, there are more people than ever who are being very successful online. What’s even more exciting is that those same people are publishing all the details of what they have done, usually in the form of a blueprint, so that you can follow them. If you’re like me - your next question is “why would they do that?” - well, more on that in a minute…
First - let’s take a look at one of the bigger challenges for any new internet business. Chances are, you don’t have 40-50 free hours each week as you get started! In fact, chances are that you have kids, or a job, or 2 jobs - for sure - it’s probably hard to see where you could possibly fit anything more into your life already. I can relate to that - starting my current business, I am working 40-50 hours per week and sometimes away from home for days at a time. So it is not always simple to fit in a new business! Whatever your situation - the good news is that you are not the first person to start an internet business like that - and you can absolutely be successful.
There are two things that set the internet business apart from a traditional business - and both of these work in your favour - use them in every way you can and this will catapult your results:
Firstly - the internet is 24/7 and global! Meaning that anything you do online keeps working for you all the time, automatically, whether you are working or not. Take this article for instance - I am actually writing it at 5am because our 3-year-old decided that was a good time to be out of bed this morning! It doesn’t matter what timezone I am in, or if anyone else is even awake - because this article will be posted on websites around the world over the coming weeks - and will keep working for me, whether I am awake or asleep. So - when you are struggling to find time to work your business - be creative about your schedule. I do a lot of advertising early in the morning, or late at night - I have no problem losing a few hours of sleep in return for years of financial freedom to come. This is what is known as leveraging your time with a system.
Secondly - and this is the great secret that all the successful internet entrepreneurs know - make sure you are bringing other people into your business! Remember - the fact that you have just learned these two secrets means you know more than someone just getting started - so you could mentor them. For your business - find yourself a mentor who has been successful in the way you would like to - there’s no point in learning from someone who only ever made $500 if you want to make ten times that much! Just be sure that they are in a system that will give you step by step training to achieve your goals.
So why would all these successful people be prepared to teach you what they know? Simple - by showing you how to become successful, they become more successful. And as you build your team and teach others what you have learned, your checks will grow too. That’s the power of leveraging other people’s time in your business.
So - how do you get these easy profits? Use leverage! Everywhere and anywhere you can find it - leverage your own time and efforts massively and you will be amazed at the results!
With one successful home based business behind him, and another on the way, Gary’s favorite kind of time is entrepreneurial time! Take a look at what he’s doing at http://hbr.whoisgarybailey.com

12 Ways to Promote Your Business & Website for Free
by Ivana Katz
You are very excited!! You have finally created your own website!! But the trouble is customers aren’t knocking on your website door. Why? The most probable answer is that your customers don’t know about your website. There is no magic Internet fairy who will knock on people’s door to announce your website’s arrival. The task is up to you. To get your website marketing off the ground you either need to spend time learning and doing it or spend money and get somebody else to do it.
If you are like many small business owners, you have most likely spent the majority of your website budget on creating the site, but have allowed very little money to actually promote it. Don’t despair, below are some great ways to promote your website and business for free.
1. Email Marketing
Your first step should be to send an email to your existing clients announcing the arrival of your website. If you are starting a new business and don’t have any customers, send an email to people you know who may be interested in your offer.
Under no circumstance should you EVER send unsolicited email (spam) to people you either don’t know or who have not requested to receive your information.
2. Search Engines & Directories
A search engine is a searchable database of websites collected by a computer program (called a crawler, robot or spider). When you enter a keyword, the search engine looks for keywords in its database, and any relevant records are displayed. Currently there are thousands of search engines and directories on the internet. Some of the main ones include: Google, Altavista, Yahoo, Excite, AllSearchEngines, Northern Light, DogPile, AllTheWeb, Lycos
To submit your website to the search engines, you can go directly to the search engine’s website and add your URL (website address). Search engines try to list sites that contain good content, so you need keywords and phrases on your pages that best describe your service and products. To find out what keywords your customers may be searching on check out Wordtracker.com
Once you decide on the keywords, use them in:
(a) Your website’s domain name (b) The title of your page (c) The heading of your home page (d) The first paragraph of your home page (e) Meta tags - Keywords, page title, description (f) Titles of your graphics
3. Link & Banner Exchanges
Find websites whose business complements yours and add their website to your links/resource page. Then contact the company and ask for a reciprocal link. For example if you are a wedding dress designer, you could contact businesses that sell wedding cakes, jewellery, flowers and also venues, celebrants etc.
4. Email Signature
Every email you send should have an email “signature.” This is text that is automatically attached to the bottom of your email message. You can include your name, business name, email address, street or postal address, website details, phone number, fax number, company slogan, description of your company and its products/services. You can set up different signatures for different purposes. If you are unsure how to set it up, check out your email program’s help index.
5. Feedback and testimonials
When you come across a great product or service on or off the internet, send an email to the business owner telling him/her how the product/service helped you. Like you, most business owners appreciate receiving positive feedback and they will most likely feature your testimonial on their website and place a link back to your site! You may even suggest it to the owner by saying something like “you have my permission to feature this testimonial in your promotional material and/or on your website”.
6. Autoresponders
Email autoresponders work like a fax-on-demand system. If you send an email to an autoresponder address, you’ll get back a pre-written message. Once you set up your email messages, everything gets done automatically. As soon as a prospect sends an email to your autoresponder, the system keeps working over and over again, like a tireless robot making sure no prospect ever slips through the cracks. Most autoresponder systems now handle your whole mailing list, so you are not having to manually manage your prospects.
Because the vast majority of customers will not buy from you on their first visit to your website, it is extremely important that you have an automated way to follow up with them several times to entice them back. You can use autoresponders to cross-promote various products and services your business offers.
Many webhosting companies will provide you with free autoresponders as part of your webhosting package.
7. Newsgroups
A newsgroup is a message board on the internet where users come to discuss topics of mutual interest. As a user you can start a thread (topic), post messages and respond to other postings. There are tens of thousands of Newsgroups on every possible subject. The best way to find a suitable newsgroup is to use Google Search. Go to www.google.com. Then click on the “Groups” tag. Run a search using a keyword related to your on-line business that you would like to promote from the groups search page. You can use Newsgroups for conducting market surveys, get new clients, promote your site, get answers to your questions, make friends.
8. Office Stationery & Merchandising Materials
It is extremely important that your website is included on ALL your office stationery so that customers can see it over and over again. Consider adding your details to:
- Letterheads - Business Cards - Flyers - Brochures - Labels - Packaging - Merchandise bags - Catalogs - Invoices - Fax headers - Display units
9. Visitor Exchanges
There are many websites popping up on the net that are known as Traffic or Visitor Exchanges. People become members of these sites with the goal of generating free traffic to their site. The way it works is quite clever.
You visit another member’s website and in exchange someone visits the website of your choice. Most of these programs work on a 2:1 ratio. This means that for every two sites that you visit, someone else in that same Start Page program will visit your site. Simple concept, isn’t it?
10. Articles
Writing articles is an excellent way for you to get free publicity. The publicity you receive by having your article published in a newspaper, magazine or website can be worth thousands of dollars in equivalent advertising space. Well written articles yield better results than advertisements and earn you respect from customers, who see you as an expert in your field.
The best articles are “tips” or expert pieces. People are looking for guidance and will purchase from the experts who show them how to solve their problems.
For a listing of on-line magazines (e-zines), visit: www.ezine-dir.com. You can then contact the editor of each magazine and offer them your article.
11. Webrings
One of the more interesting ways to add some targeted traffic to your site is to join webrings. A webring allows visitors to surf through sites that are related in one way or another. They are free of charge to the owners, members and visitors.
Webrings deliver targeted traffic day after day and once they are set up they tend to stay set up with little further maintenance
Each webring is created and maintained by a person known as a ringmaster. This person accepts site submissions and validates that the site meets the topic of the webring. For more information visit: www.webring.org 12. Media Releases
Having a story written about you and your business will not only bring you lots of new customers, but will also provide you massive credibility. Stories about you in the media are far more believable, powerful and attractive than any ads you could possibly run. People will trust and respect you instantly.
A media release should provide enough details to be informative, but it should leave out just enough information to be tantalizing that the media person calls you to find out more.
There are many excellent ebooks on internet marketing. I would recommend you pick up at least one and start reading.
